In addition to IF Brommapojkarna, 9 other teams played in Girls 16/17 (2005-2006). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna could be found in Group A together with Sickla IF, Stenkullen GoIK, Västerås IK and Älvsjö AIK.

IF Brommapojkarna continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Bollstanäs SK with 0-2. In the Final, Vallentuna DFF won over Bollstanäs SK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 16/17 (2005-2006).
