Important dates and payment
31 March: Last day to pay all fees for hotel accommodation.
30 April: Last day to pay all fees for school-, own accommodation and local teams.
30 April: Last day to pay for extra products (SL transportation card, food vouchers, cup experience card, tickets to Gröna Lund).
1 June: Last day to order special diets.
1 June : Last day for rooming lists (hotel and cabin accommodation).
12 June : Last day for release of the game schedule.
26 June : Day of arrival, matches begin at 13.
29 June: Finals and last day of SFC. Finals end at the latest 15.
When is the last day to register?
Last day for registration is:
31 March = hotel accommodation
30 April = school accommodation, own accommodation and local teams.
Registration fee is paid when you register your team.

Participant categories
Category A - Hotel accommodation
The fee for hotel accommodation includes the cup experience card and breakfast buffet. Go to your team site and choose hotel and room types.
Category B - School accommodation
All participants who stay at our schools during SFC will pay the category B participant fee. This fee includes the cup experience card , 9 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) which starts with dinner on Thursday and ends with lunch on Sunday. Bring your own mattresses, pillows and sheets/sleeping bags.
Category C - Own accommodation or cabins
For those teams who book accommodation on their own or camping cabins through SFC. All participants (players and leaders) pay the category C participant fee, which includes the cup experience card.
Category D - Local teams
Applies only for teams from the Stockholm district.

Meals
If you book school accommodation through SFC all meals are included in the participant fee. For all other participants, as well as family and supporters, food vouchers can be purchased in advance - you can buy the vouchers on your team site. The vouchers will be handed to you at check in. This must be booked in advance (cannot be purchased during the cup).
Transportation
SFC offers the teams to buy Stockholm public transportation card. All other participants, as well as family and supporters, can also book the transportation cards via the team site. We can also send the transportation card to you before your arrival (book on the team site).

Special diets
The last registration date for special diets is 1 June. In case you register after this date we can't guarantee that the right diet is served. Go to your team site and enter the allergies you have in the team.
Check in
Teams playing 7 vs 7, 9 vs 9 and 11 vs 11 need to check in before the games start. At least one leader needs to check in (the players don't need to attend). Teams playing 5 vs 5 do not need to check in, but can get the cup bracelets at the cup center Enskede IP before the first game.
- Teams without overnight stay: Enskede IP Wednesday 25 June 15-20, Thursday 26 June at 9-14.
- Teams staying in school: In the school Thursday 26 June at 10-14.
- Teams staying in hotel: In the hotel Thursday 26 June at 10-12.
Extra nights
For teams that travel to Stockholm for the cup and require extra nights we can arrange hotel stays before and after the cup. This can be booked on your team site.
Rental of sleeping kit
For the teams with school accommodation, we offer a sleeping kit for rental during the cup days. The kit includes mattress, pillow and sleeping bag and costs 350 SEK/kit.

Training camp
SFC offers the possibility for teams travelling to Stockholm for the cup to prolong their stay to have a training camp the days before. You find more information on Training camp .
Cashless cup
SFC is a cashless cup. Payment at the arenas or in the schools is made by credit card or Swish (Swedish phone payment). No cash is accepted.
